Meet the Founder
LittleLamp is led by Rani Sherin Varghese, a Chemical Engineering professional with a B.Tech from NIT Warangal and over 25 years of distinguished industry experience, currently serving as Country Head of a multinational company. Alongside her professional career, she has had a deep passion for teaching and mentoring children, bringing exceptional determination, concentration, discipline, and focused guidance to their learning and development.
Her greatest testament to this dedication is her achievement as a working mother in guiding her own son toward IIT admission through an All-India JEE Advanced rank of 91 — demonstrating the same extraordinary commitment to both family and career that LittleLamp now brings to every family it works with.

- 2.5 years at Samsung, South Korea, through campus placement
- Currently pursuing an MS in Computer Science at Carnegie Mellon University
